Engineering of this new 100,000 square foot speculative building in Yorkville, OH, includes four loading dock doors, 4 – 16′ x 16′ OH doors and provisions in place for 4 future dock doors and 15-ton OH cranes. There are 2, full height, 33′ tall x 18′ wide curtain walls on each corner that provide the building with natural daylight and a view towards the Ohio River.
