Engineering Direct provided the construction documents required to permit and remodel the dealership which included all site, foundation, architectural, and mechanical engineering. Engineering direct completed the site and utility plans, stormwater management & grading plan and erosion control and sediment plan, highway occupancy, sidewalk, pavement, and curbing details, and coordinated with city officials regarding plan submission & review.  Engineering direct also provided the interior floorplans, restroom layout, stair design, finish schedules, and foundation and masonry plans and details, among others.
