In late summer 2023, the design phase for the new replacement facility kicked off, and by spring 2024 the fully rebuilt, just-under-6,000-square-foot structure was complete—featuring a state-of-the-art machine shop, commercial vehicle maintenance bays equipped with jib cranes, a mezzanine for streamlined tool and parts storage.

The new addition will include a new shop (just under 8,900 SF), a new dedicated detailing shop (approx. 2,100 SF), 1,200 SF show room, waiting/display room, reception area, a 2-story office buildout including public and private men’s and women’s restrooms, employee kitchen/break area, and a conference room. The exterior of the building is a hybrid of brick and insulated metal panels accompanied by a considerable amount of storefront windows allowing natural light and exposure from the outside.
