Project Description: Midland Innovation and Technology Charter School houses a specialized Charter School for students in grades 9-12. This 30,524 SF educational facility is the initial phase of a planned campus with greater revitalization and land-reuse efforts. The state-of-the-art facility features 20,064 SF of classroom space, 9,581 SF for lab and shop instruction, a warming kitchen, dining amenities, and administrative offices. Engineering Direct completed the site and civil design and engineering, as well as the foundation and structural metal building design in close coordination with CORE Architects for the interior build out.
