Project Description: 

Engineering Direct provided all construction documents required to permit and build the new sanctuary addition consisting of approximately 7,500 SF of congregation and worship space. This included all interior architectural, electrical, and mechanical engineering such as: new floorplan and design layout, ADA accessibility, room and door finish schedule, code compliance data, new utility services, electrical distribution panels for HVAC, lighting, audio/visual, and general purpose, emergency egress lighting, interior and exterior LED lighting, fire alarms & fire protection, an energy audit for HVAC loads, and plumbing & HVAC design, layout, and specifications.
