Project Description: Thomas Nock provided Engineering Design & Construction plans for a New City Road, per City of Niles requirements. Thomas managed the Site Dedication Plat and Topographic/Location/Utility base mapping to be used in the improvement plan design. Thomas oversaw the utility design and layout, drafting notes and details as required for the new Right of Way. Thomas also attended all coordination and City Approval meetings.
