Project Description: Zarbana Aluminum Extrusion has expanded their production with a new 69,300 SF stand-alone facility for producing billet log castings. This facility includes a deep casting concrete pit, approximately 28' deep with an additional 22' deep, 2' diameter caisson, and a 20-ton overhead crane spanning 82' of the new facility. The new building also includes all poured concrete foundation walls with several large interior foundation sections for new equipment, some at 8' in-depth, or more. The roof is single-sloped at a height in excess of 54' on the high end to provide the necessary clearance inside the building for equipment.
