Project Description: Columbiana Ford expanded and remodeled their existing dealership located on SR164. The previous showroom was removed in its entirety in late 2022 and replaced with a brand new 5,000 SF buildout that includes a reformed exterior façade with a combination of ACM panels and window storefront exterior. The new interior features the latest Ford prototype showroom, new individual sales areas, purchasing offices, a new service drive-through and customer service area. The existing interior of the dealership was renovated with a new customer lounge, restrooms, finance offices, and service manager’s area.
